Terms and Conditions
The terms governing access to the independent educational publication operated by NESET BAYRAM DİJİTAL İÇERİK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ.
Effective date: November 6, 2026 · 00:00
1. Publisher and publication
Metatime is an English-language publication operated by NESET BAYRAM DİJİTAL İÇERİK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. Its subject is educational writing about blockchain systems and related digital concepts. These terms describe the use of the website and its published material. The publisher's address is Altınşehir Mah. Zeynepkamil Sok. No: 279, Kat: 1, Daire: 3, 34494 Başakşehir, İstanbul, Türkiye.
The publication's mission is: Clear explanations of blockchain systems, the ideas behind them, and the ways they relate to the wider digital world. Its editorial scope is: Distributed ledgers, networks, cryptographic concepts, programmable records, digital applications, and governance. Ordinary publication correspondence is received at [email protected]. Formal privacy requests can also use the applicable written or electronic methods explained in the Privacy Policy.
2. Reading and access
Public pages are available for reading without registration or a paid subscription. The website does not collect orders or payments from readers. Access to text does not require optional cookies. The appearance controls and cookie preferences affect presentation and storage choices rather than the scope of the published text.
Ordinary browser access, personal reading and lawful reference to the publication are within its intended use. Access must respect applicable law and the rights of others. These terms do not impose a requirement to provide identity information merely to read public pages.
A link or saved reference can point to a page that later changes or is withdrawn. The publisher may maintain, correct or reorganize the publication. There is no undertaking that every page, feature or historical version will remain available indefinitely. Any statutory duties concerning access or retained records remain applicable.
3. Nature of the educational material
Articles explain technical concepts in a general editorial context. Examples are used to make relationships easier to understand. A fictional organization, diagram or hypothetical record illustrates a concept rather than an actual relationship or verified event. References identify the underlying documentary material relevant to an explanation.
Technical words can have different meanings across networks and implementations. Each article's stated context defines the scope of its explanation. A conceptual description does not establish that every implementation behaves identically or that a future version will preserve every described detail.
The author responsible for the articles is NESET BAYRAM. Publication and revision information identifies the version presented on an article page. A revision date does not imply an independent review of every outside document on that date.
4. Accuracy and corrections
The publication aims to use clear, substantiated explanations and reliable documentary references. Editorial work includes reviewing factual statements and distinguishing a source's statement from an explanatory example. Technical documentation and the systems it describes can change, and published material can require correction.
Specific corrections can be raised by email, identifying the relevant page and the passage concerned. The publisher considers the available evidence and may amend the text, clarify its scope or explain its interpretation. A correction request does not automatically establish that the submitted alternative is accurate.
The publisher remains responsible for its own editorial decisions. These terms do not turn a source citation into an assurance that the source is complete, current in every context or applicable to every reader's circumstances.
5. Intellectual property and permitted use
The publisher, author or relevant rights holder retains the rights in the original text, visual identity, diagrams and website presentation. Public availability does not transfer ownership. A person's lawful rights to quotation, criticism, research, accessibility adaptations or other statutory uses remain unaffected.
Readers may access and retain a personal copy for ordinary reading. Quotation or reuse must have a lawful basis and preserve accurate attribution and context where required. Reproducing substantial material, presenting the publication's identity as another party's own identity, or implying editorial approval requires the relevant rights or permission.
Third-party names and technical references retain their respective ownership. A citation describes a documentary source. It does not convey a license to reproduce that source or its brand assets. Requests concerning the publication's own material can be addressed to its corporate email.
6. Use of website resources
Public access does not grant authority to change files, misrepresent another person's authorship or use the publication's identity misleadingly. Automated access must respect applicable law, published access controls and the functioning of the website.
Reasonable technical controls may limit requests that materially interfere with publication availability or exceed the intended public interface. Such controls do not create a right to inspect unrelated private information. The publisher applies access decisions according to the relevant technical purpose and legal requirements.
7. Direct advertisements
The publication's revenue model is direct sponsorship. A labeled advertisement is visually separate from the principal editorial text. A sponsor's message represents that sponsor's commercial communication and is subject to publication review. Placement does not transfer responsibility for the publication's editorial conclusions to the sponsor.
The application does not add audience profiling or tracking pixels to direct advertisements. A destination opened from an advertisement is operated under that destination's own terms and privacy information. The presence of a placement does not establish that the publisher operates the destination or controls its later content.
An empty advertisement allocation does not imply that a particular sponsor exists. Direct sponsorship correspondence can take place by email. Any separately agreed placement arrangement concerns the parties to that arrangement and does not impose an obligation on ordinary readers.
8. Correspondence and submitted material
Email is the publication's ordinary channel for editorial comments, corrections, privacy matters, rights questions and sponsorship correspondence. Statutory privacy-request channels remain available as explained in the Privacy Policy. Sending a message does not guarantee publication, a particular editorial decision or permission to reuse material owned by somebody else.
The sender remains responsible for having a lawful basis to share the information included in a message. The publisher does not treat ordinary correspondence as a general transfer of copyright. Any intended publication of substantial submitted material requires a clear basis for the relevant use.
Personal information in correspondence is handled under the Privacy Policy. Routine correspondence is retained under the publisher's policy for up to 12 calendar months after the matter closes, with relevant legal obligations considered separately.
9. Privacy and preferences
The Privacy Policy explains personal information processing, recipients, retention and individual rights. The Cookie Policy explains essential storage and optional appearance preferences. opens the available controls.
These terms do not operate as consent to optional storage or as a waiver of privacy rights. A cookie choice has the specific purpose explained when it is requested. The choice can be changed through the same publication controls.
10. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Responsibility for the publication and any claimed loss is assessed under applicable law and the relevant circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. No provision removes a statutory remedy, shifts a legally protected burden to a reader or overrides mandatory consumer protections.
Questions about the text can be raised with the publisher by email. This route does not prevent a reader from contacting a competent authority or seeking an available judicial remedy. No mandatory arbitration or exclusive court requirement is imposed by these terms.
11. Applicable rules and updates
The law applicable to the publisher and the reader's circumstances determines their respective rights. A reader retains any mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence where those protections apply. Any provision that cannot lawfully take effect is applied only to its permissible extent, without removing the remaining valid protections.
The effective date identifies the current published terms. Material changes are presented through an updated version and apply prospectively, subject to law. A change to these terms does not retrospectively authorize a new use of personal information or expand an existing cookie choice.
